亚马逊怎么索要好评

并非所有主动发送电邮的卖家都会得到好评,即便您觉得这些电邮都是有用的,但还是会因此得到差评。关键在于发送邮件要设立明确的目标、发送频率与电邮内容。
01
发送邮件的时间

最好是根据后台的历史订单时间,得出你的客户群体的集中购物时间,这样可以最大机率让你的客户看到你的这封邮件,而且还不容易被直接删除邮件。

什么情况下适合发送邮件

买家下完单后立刻发
当用户下完单后,对购买的商品充满期待,心情也“最美丽”。假设,这时候卖家就发来消息说:亲,你的宝贝过会就会发货哈,如果出现了任何问题,随时可以找我哟,我都能帮你解决。那么,用户对卖家的好感也能迅速提升。(这时候主要也是造势,留产品评价就不太可能了,这里的原则就是能不要feedback 就不要,可以单纯的告诉客户,我们随时为你解决任何问题)

Thanks for choosing product from [店铺/品牌/公司名字]. Please be assured, and if you meet any problem you can directly reply this email, and we will reply you within 24 hours

揭他人之短
通过阐述竞争对手的弱势,不足,强调突出自己产品的优势,强化客户购买自己产品的自我肯定(我买对了!)。

- 产品评价方法
To submit a review:
1. Go to the product detail page for the item on Amazon.com / Amazon.co.uk.
2. Click Write a customer review in the Customer Reviews section.
3. Rate the item and write your review.
4. Click Submit.

- 店铺评价
1. To leave feedback for an order:
Do one of the following:

       1)Go to  amazon
       2)Go to Your Orders, and then click Leave Seller Feedback.
2. Find your order, and then select the options that best reflect your experience.
3. Click Submit Feedback.

用的速易特催评,可以针对一些留评几率比较高的进行催评,效果不错

速易特不错,用过一段时间,有索评跟查找中差评的功能,可惜的是现在什么软件都找不出中差评了。

据说现在已经能匹配出部分差评了,但是只有30%的几率
